Mini Autumn Candle Haul - Items Under £3

Good evening readers!

Do you find it impossible going into a candle shop and just buying one candle?
I officially think my candle addiction is getting way out of hand but they are so nice, I need extra room in my house for them all. I just wanted to share these recent purchases with you that I love!

Nantwich Garden Centre - Autumn Jar - £2.99
The other day I went to a lovely garden centre in Nantwich they had some beautiful seasonal displays. This jar is so cute and I love the colour plus it has a lovely copper handle. Its currently in my front room on the fireplace with a little candle in but it could be used for just décor or a possibly a pencil holder.

Yankee Tarts - 'Spiced Orange and 'Cranberry Pear' - £1.49 each
Yankee candles are a big love of mine and the smells are unbelievable.
I religiously use the Tart Burner every night so we tend to go through them very quickly.
I loved both scents as well as the colours but I found it so hard to pick just two as they smell good enough to eat! Some people think that Yankee candles are too expensive but I feel that they are great as present and the Yankee Tarts are really reasonable if you get a Tart Burner.

The Range - 'Caramel' and 'Orange Blossom' - £1.99
I have never been to The Range before as soon as I saw these candles I knew I had to have them.
I am in love with them both but my favourite scent is 'Orange Blossom'. I really like the actual candle jar as it has a nice wooden lid and I know I can reuse them after use. Plus I have seen bigger candles in the same style in other shops costing more so I feel the price is really reasonable too.

What is your Autumn Scent?

Cute Copper Collection

I think its fair to say I have a slight obsession with copper homeware.
Recently I keep seeing more copper items appearing in different shops and I just have to buy them! These are a few of the recent item I have picked up for great prices, most items are under £5.

Copper Clock - Tesco Homeware
£6 (I think)

Copper Bowl - Next Sale
£2.50

Fairy lights - Primark
£2.50

 Copper Jars - Asda Homeware
Small £2 Large £3

Tea light holder - Home & Bargains
£2

Heart holder - Local Antiques shop
£2

I am on the hunt still for more copper homeware. I am currently in love with Asda and Tescos homeware, they do great products for really reasonable prices.
Primark has always been my favourite but I do keep looking in Next as there homeware is lovely even though the price is more and the quality is better.

What shops do you like for homeware items?

Afternoon with Charlie | Charlie Colley Makeup

Hello everyone,
So this weekend I spent the afternoon with Charlie Colley helping take pictures of her and her client for a wedding. Both Charlie and her client allowed me to take photos and post them on my blog.

Charlie is a qualified Makeup Artist from Cheshire and she is finishing off her Beauty Courses at The International School Of Beauty. She used a variety of different makeup products and makeup appliances ranging from MUA, Mac, Rimmel, Sleek Makeup, Estee Lauder, Benefit, Max Factor and more.

Charlie's client was getting married in the afternoon and wanted her makeup natural but effective and with it being for a wedding she wanted it to last. Charlie used a primer under the makeup and she also used some of her clients preferred makeup, her client knew how she wanted her makeup from the makeup trail.

Charlie's client was extremely happy with the result and thanked her after the wedding as her makeup lasted all day! I had a lovely afternoon, the makeup looked lovely and here is a couple of pictures from the day. Thanks to Charlie and her client for letting me come along and take photos of the day.

Top 10 Maldives Must Haves!

My Top 10 Maldives/ Holiday Must Haves..

So I am sure that a few of you are aware that I am going the Maldives very soon! It will be a week on Wednesday and I am super excited! Since I found out we were going on holiday my life has consisted of buying and collecting stuff ready. I wanted to share with you a few things, I feel that these 10 items are a must when traveling abroad!

(1&2)
Sunhat & Sunglasses

For a while I have been on the hunt for a large sunhat and the right sized glasses.
I was really happy when I came across both of these together in Newlook, the glasses cost £5.99 and my hat was only £12.99. I think it is important when your fair skinned to have a hat to hide under when it gets to hot and I wanted big glasses get with it.

(3&4)
Relief& Repellent

Whenever I go abroad I always seem to get attacked by nasty Mosquitos and bugs! Sometimes it can ruin your holiday so it is definitely a must have to take a relief and repellent spray or pen of some sort. Jungle Formula is meant to be good and I found this in Boots sale for £2.50! Both the Mosquito Repellent& Relief pens are from the One Pound shop, so I wanted to get them to try them out too! I was also told that you can get garlic capsules to take during the holiday as the Mosquitos won't like the taste of your blood….not sure if that works.

(5,6,7)
Sun Protection & After Sun

Plenty of Sun Protection and After Sun are a must.
I always find when being in the heat and sun all day, I have to cover myself in After Sun in the evenings. Hawaiian Tropic Uv Protection from Boots on offer for £6.50 and it smells so fresh, I had to get it! Garnier soothing Aftersun £.5.00 from Boots and Garnier After Sun Tan Maintainer £3.98

(8&9)
Snorkel and Mini Fan

I hate over heating so when I found this Mini Fan I had to get it and it was pink too! I got it from £1 shop and it doesn't need batteries either which is a bonus. My pink Snorkel is from Sports Direct and was £4.99. I was told I can hire a Snorkel at the resort but I decided to buy one before hand because people had recommend too and it will save money.

(10)
Neck Support and Comfort

When travelling for a long time I like to get comfy and cozy and this Neck Cushion is ANOTHER £1 shop bargain. I was recommended to get one as they are very light and easy to carry. I was told you do sometimes get given cushions or pillows for the flight but just incase it is worth a £1 and my its final must have!

I have got many more accessories and products for holiday but these are my must haves! Hope you enjoyed my post and I will definitely be annoyingly posting more about my holiday afterwards.

Are you going away soon?
Are any of my must haves yours too?

Ark Age Aware Skincare - Skin Essentials Review

I was unbelievably happy coming home to another amazing Ark Skincare package!
I am a big fan of there products and I did a reviewed on them back in November. I continued to use them regularly as I love the natural packaging and the fresh smell of all the products.
Ark Skin Care products are divided into 3 age-related categories and the products I am showing are from the 'Age Prepare - Teens to Early 20's' range.

Hydrating Toner 150ml - £24.00

It is important to cleanse and tone twice daily and this toner is ever so refreshing. Since receiving my products I have used my toner and moisturiser the most.
The toner comes in a very generous sized spray bottle. Containing Wild Water Mint and Aloe Vera it helps to clean, hydrated and tone your face, leaving it feeling fresh and ready for your Vitality Moisturiser! It helps to boost elasticity and because of the Aloe Vera it helps to reduce redness.

Age Prepare Skin Vitality Moisturiser 50ml - £25.00

With having a dry skin tone, I love my moisturisers and I am fussy with them too. I always have to moisturisers twice daily and I find some suit me more than others.  I have found all Ark moisturisers perfect for my skin. This one left my face feeling slightly sticky BUT it acted like a primer and my makeup seemed to last longer because of it. Its filled with vitamins and contains Avocado and Peach helping to hydrate the skin more. The price of the moisturiser is a bit pricey but I don't mind paying extra if it helps and suits my skin.

Lounging Shower Gel - Free Sample 30ml

I was lucky enough to receive a sample from the shower gel range. This little shower gel is great for a weekend away or a nice, relaxing, lounge in the bath! It is quite small but if you use a little amount the bottles last really well. It contains Bergamot , Orange, Mandarin and Lemon.. Madarin and Orange are my two favourites as they always smell so fruity and nice. After using the shower gel I smelt lovely for hours! You can buy the full size shower gel which is 200ml for £18.50

If you are unhappy or suffering with your skin its good to try out new products and I am really glad that I have found / tested theses products. Gradually as we get older as skin changes and I feel that Ark Age Aware Skincare do help through skins changes and constant struggles. Overall I really enjoyed testing the Ark Skin Aware products and I know I will carry on using them again.

Ive got a GoPro Hero 4 Silver!

My GoPro Hero 4 - Silver

For a while I had been looking into buying a GoPro and with our holiday quickly approaching I felt it would be a great buy for the Maldives! I wanted one with a screen on the back so I can see what I film and with being interested in blogging and youtube I felt like it would help capture a few vlogs.
The GoPro is perfect for filming but it isn't that good for capturing pictures as the camera is only a 12mp as for capturing videos you can film up to 4k. However we will be using 1080p at 60fps to capture cool high def slow-mo shots. I do like using the GoPro as the size is great, its light and very sturdy.

GoPro Hero 4 - Amazon - £274.00
GoPro Accessories bundle - Amazon -  £29.90
The GoPro Accessories Bundle included - Head mount, chest mount, wrist mount, selfie pole and more.

What do you think of the Go Pro quality?

Makeup Revolution Products | Review

Have you joined the Revolution?
Since Makeup Revolution came out earlier this year unbelievably this is the first time I have tried the products! I have recently seen more and more posts about Makeup Revolution so I just needed to get some in my life! They have such a good range of products and the price is very generous.

Full Vamp Limitied Addition Lipstick collection - 100% Vamps, Black Heart & Rebel £3.00
Amazing Lipstick - Mystify £1.00

Firstly I looked at the lipsticks and they have many different colours ranging from bright yellows, oranges to deep reds and black. I LOVE the fact that all the lipsticks are only £1.00 and are of such good quality. They last really well and are very hydrating with a creamy consistecy.
If your a fan of MUA I would highly recommend trying these out. The Vamps range are
very warm and deep tones whereas Mystify is a natural nude. My favorite is Rebel which is the plum red colour.

Salvation Palette Hard Day - £6.00

After seeing the Makeup Revolutions palettes I NEEDED one!
Out of all the palettes I felt I would use the earthy browns and cream colours more from this one. It contains 18 stunning eyeshadows and at the moment my favorite is 'Its what we do best' and 'Not one for playing games'. A few have a shimmer and some are more matte but they last and blend beautifully.

I neeeded a new concealer and I thought I would give this one a try. It has a smooth liquid finish
and is perfect for covering spots and circles. It blends well and is perfect under foundation.
Its available in 3 other shades and since receiving it I have used it daily.

 Viper Mascara Black - £3.00

My last product is this black mascara, I have been using a mascara from MUA for sometime now so I wanted to try out a different one out. I think it takes time to find a mascara that suits your lashes needs. I will do a everyday makeup blog soon as again I have used this mascara everyday since I received it. It goes on smoothly and the arched brush helps to give your lashes more of a lift and extra volume. It lasts really well and is very precise unlike some mascaras!

Glitter Lips Review & How-to

If you like glitter you will LOVE glitter lips!

When we received Glitter Lips I really couldn't wait to try it out. I really like all the colours from the Glitter Lips range. I picked Ruby Slippers which is "one hell of a colour". Its a classic, post box red and looks amazing on. You receive your chosen glitter pot, gloss bond and your glitter applicator. Glitter lips is only £12.99, which I think is such good value for money as it lasts well. This product is perfect for nights out and parties and it lasts up to 8hours - I was really excited try it to see how long it does actually last but it stayed on all day from 9-8 at work.

Glitter lips is available - http://www.beautyboulevard.co.uk/
Or if your local - Beautiful, Nails, Body and Soul, Crewe.

 How to do Glitter Lips

  1. Ensure lips are clean and dry - Apply one lip at a time.
  2. Keep lips separate apply a thin coat of the gloss - Allow the gloss to turn from white to clear.
  3.  Apply the glitter to the lips ensuring an even coverage - lightly dampen pad to help pick more glitter up.
  4. Brush off the excess glitter and then you have your amazing Glitter Lips!
 * To remove the glitter use an oil based make-up remover. *
